This is the front porch and there are missing panels in the ceiling because the rock has to go up under the white strip of wood on up to the gable above. The blue color is called sky blue. I love it and also found out after I had picked the color that it is supposed to repel dirt dobbers from making their nests on the ceiling.
Back Porch.
This is the gable mentioned above. I was amazed at the agility of these guys and they hardly got any paint on the walls but I was glad the painting was being done before the rock was put on.
They used whatever they found to keep the paint in the areas they wanted to keep it in. Seemed to go pretty fast but they took all day getting the ceiling and soffits painted. They did have to do a couple of runs for paint but why it took three guys just to have this one guy doing all the spraying, was a mystery to me.
